I have applied to Queen���s, when will I hear from you?  You will hear from us 5 business days after we receive your application from OUAC. Be sure to add @queensu.ca as a safe sender! As items are received, assessed and validated, they will be marked as complete and will come off of your to-do list, that is how you know we have received them. Unfortunately, we are not able to search for any documents, unless you sent them over a month ago. If they were sent over a month ago, please provide us the date it was sent, as well as the method and any tracking information you have.  3. When are offers of admission made?  The majority of our decisions for full-time first-year programs are made between mid-February and mid-May. All decisions are communicated via email and will show on your SOLUS student center.  4.  How do I transfer to Queen's?
