Before you can begin sending your first campaign, we need to finish the verification process. For this, we'd like to ask you a few more questions: Where do you collect your subscriber list and have all your subscribers opted in to receive emails? If you have a sign-up form, then please link it here. When was the last time you sent a campaign to your subscriber list? Do you ever buy lists or send cold emails? What types of emails do you send, and how often? Could you edit the postal address visible in your account? We do need a valid physical address in every account as it's required to be included in the footer of your campaigns. You can also use a PO box if you have one. Do you have a phone number where you can be reached? This will only be used for verifying your identity. We appreciate these questions may take a little time to fill out, but please bear in mind your account will be automatically closed if we don't hear anything back from you within a few weeks.
