Dear Bee Family,

Every bee loves honey. And here at The Babylon Bee, we love Mission Honey. In fact, we’ve just recognized it as the official honey of The Babylon Bee.

So, if you’re wondering what all the buzz is about, read Steve’s Sunday email below—and then try a jar for yourself.

Mission Honey Is Selling Fast

Dear Friends,

Mission Honey is finally in stock—and it’s selling fast!*

I couldn’t be more pleased, especially because earlier this year I was completely discouraged. I honestly wondered if I had made a huge mistake when I offered to help the Maasai tribes of Kenya by bringing their honey to America.

Our honey was delayed for months by shipping disruptions, back-ordered packaging, permits, and more permits. At times, it seemed like everything that could go wrong did.

But I’ve learned something through the years: Being willing to take risks means failure is always possible. But when I’ve done my best, stepped out in faith, and things still seemed impossible, that’s often when I’ve seen God show up.

Steve visited the Maasai tribes of Kenya last fall and tried their wild honey for the first time.

The writer of Hebrews says:

“And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.”

—Hebrews 11:6, ESV

Today, I want to encourage you to try Mission Honey, sourced directly from the Maasai tribes in Kenya.

Every jar blesses people in three ways:

1. You bless African families
We pay the tribes gathering the honey a fair wage, helping provide income for school fees, food, medical needs, and community development. Those relationships also open doors for the Gospel.

2. You help take the Gospel back to Africa
Proceeds from Mission Honey help us translate and distribute iBIBLE and other Gospel resources back into the communities and languages we serve.

3. You get some amazing honey!
This is 100% pure, raw, unfiltered Kenyan honey—unlike anything you’ll find on the typical grocery store shelf.

From the beginning, we made one commitment: We would buy directly from the Maasai communities themselves. That helps ensure the families doing the work receive a fair wage instead of seeing most of the value disappear through middlemen.

And God has blessed it beyond what I expected. This year alone, we purchased nearly nine tons of honey directly from Kenya, which has quickly made Mission Honey the largest importer of Kenyan honey into the United States.

And the honey is incredible. It tastes just like the honey a Maasai tribal leader first shared with me straight from his makeshift hives in the Kenyan bush.

Right now we have three distinct varieties:

Rift Valley Acacia — rich and citrusy
Mt. Elgon Hibiscus — sweet and tangy
Ol Jogi Olive Blossom — mild and smooth (my favorite!)

Ol Jogi Olive Blossom is Steve’s favorite of our three honey varieties.

If you haven’t tried Mission Honey yet, now is a great time.

Bring a jar to share with family at Thanksgiving or give Mission Honey as a unique Christmas gift that tastes amazing and makes a real difference for families in Africa.

And if you’ve already tried it, I’d encourage you to stock up now. At the rate it is selling, orders may become backed up before the Christmas rush.

What started as a crazy idea has turned into something wonderful. We hear from people almost every day telling us how much they love the honey—and every jar is helping families in Africa while advancing the Gospel.

Real Honey. Real Impact. Order yours today at MissionHoney.org.

Have a very blessed Sunday!
