If you requested an official Tunica Visitor Guide, you should receive your copy within a few weeks. Share: Address Tunica Convention & Visitors Bureau 13625 US Highway 61 North Tunica Resorts, MS 38664 Dear Residents and Visitors of Hoboken, On Saturday, March 5, 2011, the City of Hoboken will be hosting the annual St. Patrickâs Day Parade. The parade is very popular and draws tens of thousands of people to our city. At times, some of our residents and guests become disorderly and unruly making it a difficult day for our residents who do not celebrate the day. In or der to keep our city under control and create a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone, I will have most of my officers working on that day, out on our streets, on patrol. My officers will be strictly enforcing all criminal and motor vehicle laws as well as all city ordinance violations. The follo wing are four violations where there will be a zero tolerance pol icy in effect for the day: 1) City Ordinance 145-23 A/B (Consumption of Alcohol/Open Container in Public)- Any person seen possessing an open container of alcoho l in public faces maximum penalties of a fine up to $2,000, and the possible sentence of ha ving to perform Community Service. 2) City Ordinance 145-22 (Urinating in Public)- Any person observed urinating on public streets, sidewalks or in parks faces maximum penalties of a fine up to $2,000, and the possible sentence of having to pe rform Community Service. 3) City Ordinance 145-18 (Disorderly House)- House parties have become our largest problem on the parade day. Last year my officers responded to 533 calls for service, with most of those calls being disorderly house parties. This year , when a party is deemed to be unreasonably reckless, disorderly and unsafe, the renter or owner of the apartment or house will be charged with this ordinance. Along w ith the issuing of the summons , the Hoboken Police Department will shut the party down and clear out the apartmen t or house if it is determined that it is a hazardous or reckless condition. The maximum penalt ies for this violation is a fine of up to $2000 and the possibility of having to perform Community Service. 4) New Jersey State Statute 2C: 33-2a (D isorderly Conduct, Improper Behavior)- A Person is guilty of disorderly conduct if âwith purpos e to cause public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm, or recklessly creating a risk thereof he, 1) Engages in fighti ng or threatening, or in violent or tumultuous behavior, or 2) Creates a hazar dous or physically dangerous condition by any act which serves no legitimate purpose.â This offense carries maximum penalties of a 30 day prison term and a fine not to exceed $500. I ask all the residents and guest s of our city to please be considerate to everyone on this day, and to inform all family and friends to act respectful and orderly. Once again, we want this to be an enjoyable, but more importantly, safe day. The Hoboken Police Department will do everything within their powers to keep it as such. Finally, Do Not Drink and Drive. You may injure yourself or others, and if caught, you will be arrested. Sincerely, _______________________ Chief Anthony P. Thank you for your co-operation. Thank-you Letters You should ALWAYS send a thank-you letter after you interview for a position or meet with someone for career-related advice. By sending a thank-you note, you demonstrate clear appreciation for the time the employer or contact took to speak with you. 5 Steps to a Memorable Thank-You Letter 1. Whatever the format, keep it professional. It is now acceptable to send a thank you via email or postal mail. If you are sending a letter via post, either write it by hand or type it. For handwritten notes, choose basic stationery in cream or white or a plain notecard. For typed letters, follow the basic guidelines for business letters. For emails, resist the temptation to use emoticons, excessive exclamation points or overly casual language. 2. Send a thank-you letter ASAP. Typically, thank-you notes are sent within 24-48 hours of the interview. If you know that they will be making first-round decisions the same day, send a shortened version via email within a couple of hours. Do not, however, send something from your cell phone the minute you leave, as this conveys a lack of thoughtfulness in writing the note. For an informational meeting with an alum or other contact, send your letter within 3-5 days of your conversation. 3. Help the person recall you and the conversation. Mention the position for which you were interviewed, including the date and location. Highlight a particular aspect of the conversation that piqued your interest or a topic that the two of you shared in common. Send a thank-you message with customized content to each person separately rather than sending a group message. (Some employers share thank-you messages they received from candidates.) For alumni and other contacts, this will help build further rapport and may help the contact to remember you if an opportunity arises. 4. Reaffirm your interest. Strive to mention specific job duties or topics discussed. Rearticulate your strengths and experiences. 5. Take care of business. Express willingness to provide additional information if necessary, such as the names of references. If anything was requested of you during the interview, include that information with the letter. THANK YOU! Please do NOT submit multiple loan applications. Please note that we need to contact you via TXT message. It is therefore absolutely necessary that you leave your mobile phone switched on at all times. If not, your loan process and approval decision may be delayed. The Documents that are required from the applicant with a Bad Credit Record: One month's bank statement, showing your name, address and account number to loan@ferratum.co.nz or by fax: (09) 915 0768. Loan Processing Hours & Bank Transfer: It will be processed during the hours of 09:00 am - 17:00 pm on Monday to Friday. Please note that the average processing time during busy hours might vary. If your loan is specially approved on Saturday or Sunday, the fund may be received next Tuesday technically. To avoid this case, we will transfer the fund next Monday and you can receive the fund on the same day. First Time Customers: In order for us to make a faster decision towards approving your loan, you can send a copy of your driver's licence and/or bank statements which must clearly show your personal details and must match with the information you have given us on your application. You can send these to loan@ferratum.co.nz or fax: (09)915-0768. The Same Day Transfer: We kindly inform you that same day transfer is only available till 4:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday. When we send you a text message that the funds have been transferred, it means that we have already transferred the amount that was granted to you from our bank account to your bank account. Please be a little patient as the time the fund appears in your bank account will vary depending on your bank you are with. Please note that if you have a bank account that does not belong to: BNZ, Westpac, ANZ, National Bank of New Zealand, ASB or Kiwibank e.g: PSIS/The Cooperative Bank, Highland Bank & Credit Union, you must let us know prior to your application by sending an email to loan@ferratum.co.nz as your amount will likely to be transferred as overnight payment. We would like to assist you with any further questions you might have.
