FSCJ has been on the move with improvements to our options for our students to communicate with us, ask questions, and report issues.  As part of that work to make the student experience a better one, we have transitioned away from using email as our sole communications tool and have implemented a new helpdesk system to better track and answer student inquiry.  This means that we have closed this inbox and it will no longer be monitored.  There are many other convenient options we have in place to get you information and request help:

 

  • If you have not yet applied to FSCJ, please click here to access our quick and easy online application.  Upon completion of the application you will be provided your student account information and instructions on next steps. If you have questions about applying to the College, please email us at welcome@fscj.edu

     

  • If you are a new student who has already applied, please visit our website here for more information on your next steps. You may also review your student account at my.fscj.edu Once you have logged in, click "student," "my academics," and "student center" links to get to your account profile.  Refer to the "To Do List" to determine if you have items you must to satisfy before registering.

     

  • If you are having trouble accessing your account, contact our help desk at (904) 632-3151 for assistance or click here to get password help.

     

  • If you have questions about your degree requirements or need a course override, speak with any of our advisors on campus. To speak with an advisor about your request, you can walk-in and visit any of our campus advising centers.  Click here for location information and hours of operation.  Alternatively, you can make an appointment to speak with an advisor.  Just call 904-646-2300 and select option 1.  Representatives are standing by to create both in person and virtual advising appointments for you.  

     

  • If you have questions about your bill, payment plans, your account balance, or refund, email us at studentfinancialservices@fscj.edu

     

  • If you have questions about financial aid or would like to send financial aid documents, email us at financialaid@fscj.edu

     

  • If you are a transient student and need help with your application or registration, visit help.fscj.edu

     

  • If you would like to order an official copy of your transcript, you can request an official copy here.

     

  • If you have a question about your application, residency, transcripts, program plan, or other item relating to your student record, visit help.fscj.edu and enter a helpdesk request that describes your question.

     

    If none of the above options seem to fit your inquiry or request, please submit a ticket at help.fscj.edu and we will route your message to the correct department.
